1. Introduction

SellStick ("we", "our") operates the SellStick mobile application. We are based in Riga, Latvia, and operate in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data Collection & Usage

We collect data to provide our VoIP and AI coaching services:

• Identity Data: Your name, email, and phone number (via Google/Apple Sign-In) to create your account.
• Contact Data: We access your device contacts and CRM contacts (Pipedrive) only to display caller names and log sales activities. We do not sell or share your contact lists.
• Voice Data: We record calls made through the app. These recordings are processed to generate text transcripts and AI summaries.
• Usage Data: Logs of call duration and timestamps for billing and analytics.

3. AI & Data Processing (Sub-processors)

We use trusted third-party providers to process your data. By using SellStick, you authorize data transfer to:

• Google Cloud (Vertex AI): For hosting, database, and generating AI summaries (Processed in Europe/US).
• Twilio / Zadarma: For telephony routing and call connectivity.
• Pipedrive: To sync your call logs and notes (only if you connect your account).
• RevenueCat / Stripe: For processing subscription payments.

4. Data Retention & Audio Privacy

Audio Recordings: Audio files are transient. They are streamed to our secure storage for processing and are deleted in accordance with our data minimization policy once the transcript is generated and synced to your CRM.

Transcripts: Text summaries are stored securely in your history and your CRM until you delete your account.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Withdraw consent for Pipedrive integration at any time.

6. Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact our support team at admin@sellstick.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
