1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SellStick, you agree to these terms. SellStick is a business tool designed for sales professionals.

2. No Emergency Calls

IMPORTANT: SellStick is a VoIP service and CANNOT be used to make emergency calls to 911, 112, or other emergency services. You must use your mobile carrier for emergencies.

3. Call Recording & Compliance

SellStick includes features to record calls for AI analysis. You acknowledge that you are the Data Controller for these recordings.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding call recording (including GDPR and national laws in your region), which may require you to obtain the consent of the other party before recording. SellStick is not responsible for illegal use of the recording feature.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscription: SellStick offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription for access to calling and AI features.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store / Play Store account settings after purchase.

5. Fair Use Policy

Our service includes a pooled allowance of minutes (e.g., 1,000 minutes/month). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit patterns of abuse, such as automated robocalling, telemarketing spam, or usage significantly exceeding typical business human behavior.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

SellStick is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellStick SIA shall not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from the use of the app.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
